On January 18, 2020, we will be hosting the Hudson Valley Winter Classic at Locomotive Crossfit.

It turns out that this will be your last chance to qualify for the American Open 1 at the Arnold’s in Ohio, March 5-8, 2020.  This will also serve as an official qualifying meet for the 2020 NYS Weightlifting Championship!
